Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. No physical shipping
River One OPD is online software used through a web browser and the Android app. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and there is no courier delivery. Everything you pay for is delivered online to your clinic account.
2. Service area
The service is offered to clinics in India. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
3. Account access
- After a clinic registers, a super admin reviews and approves it, normally within 24 hours.
- Once approved, the clinic owner can sign in at https://app.riverone.in/OPD-clinic/login.php or through the Android app with the registered email.
- If you have not received approval or sign-in access within 2 working days, contact us.
4. Wallet top-ups
- A wallet top-up paid online is credited to the clinic wallet automatically once the payment gateway confirms it, normally within a few minutes.
- The credit is shown in the clinic's wallet ledger with the amount, date, and payment reference. This ledger is your record of delivery.
- If a successful payment is not credited within 24 hours, email us with the transaction reference and we will credit it or refund it under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but maintenance, hosting faults, or third-party outages (such as WhatsApp) can interrupt it. See the Terms and Conditions for details.
